Q. What can I order?
A The online shop is the Churches of Christ portal for ordering name badges, ID cards, business cards, envelopes, presentation folders and merchandise items.
Q. Is there an approval process?
A. As a user of the online shop, it is assumed you are ordering items on behalf of the service manager / team leader and have approval to do so. The Branding Business (the external contractor who manages the online store) will approve the incoming orders and will seek further approval for orders over $500.
Q. Is my service billed for these items?
A Yes. By providing the services RE code on check out, the service will be billed for these items.
Q What happens if I need help with my order or I have a query regarding my order?

Q. What happens if I want to order other promotional merchandise that is not listed on the online shop?

Q. How long will it take for my order to be fulfilled and shipped?
A. Once an order is approved and provided the items are not “made to order” items then the order will take a maximum of 48 hours to fulfil. Shipping times then depend n the location of the service. Estimated shipping timeframes: - Brisbane area – 1 business day - Melbourne and South east Queensland – 2-3 business days - Regional Queensland – up to 8 business days
